Linen Hall Library’s ‘Book of the Century’ Finale

9 December, 2.00pm • Performance Area • Free Book HERE

Since August 2021 the Linen Hall Library has carried out a series of online polls to narrow down a shortlist of important Northern Irish books since 1921. For the finale we have assembled a stellar panel to debate and discuss the public’s choices with a view to declaring the Linen Hall’s ‘Book of the Century’. The panel will feature: Jan Carson (Writer), Martin Doyle (Irish Times), Stephen Sexton (QUB), and Dr Eamonn Hughes (Linen Hall President)

The Linen Hall Library’s Ireland Divided programme has been funded through the Shared History Fund, which The National Lottery Heritage Fund is distributing on behalf of the Northern Ireland Office to help groups mark the Centenary of Northern Ireland.

*Please note this event is in-house at the Linen Hall Library
