The Raptures - Late Launch Celebration

I’d thoroughly recommend launching a book two months after it’s actually been published. The Raptures has been out in the world since the beginning of January and it’s already raked up a fair few fans so last night’s launch at the Irish Secretariat in Belfast (complete with traybakes and a full range of Shloer options), felt like more of a celebration than anything. The next Joint Secretary Laurence Simms hosted the event, Ferna sang a mega mix of 1993 hits and Hilary Copeland and I had a chat about the novel.
